First investment under Canada's C$2B Sovereign AI Compute Strategy: up to C$240M federal financing toward Cohere's C$725M compute plan (figures in CAD, hence capexUsd null). CoreWeave operates the Cambridge facility, opened mid-2025; MW capacity undisclosed. Cohere has since also sourced Canadian compute via Bell's sovereign AI alliance (The Logic/Bloomberg, June 2026).
