May 2026: B.C. cluster announced — Kamloops expansion plus two Vancouver Westbank sites (M3 Mount Pleasant end-2026; 150 West Georgia 2029), >150MW/>60,000 GPUs by 2032 is a plan, not built. Quebec context: Hydro-Québec has restricted new >5MW data-centre allocations and proposed roughly doubling their rate (~13c/kWh) effective H2 2026 — a headwind for new Quebec builds. Power and GPU figures omitted on review: the Rimouski facility MW is undisclosed, and the >150 MW / 60,000-GPU figures are the 2032 British Columbia expansion plan, not built capacity.
