How we collect, use, and protect information across the Global Data Center Tracker platform.

We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform and respond to your requests. This includes account details you provide directly (name, email, company), usage data generated as you interact with the dashboard and API, and community submissions such as reports, photos, or corrections you choose to upload.
Information is used to operate and improve the platform, verify and score community-submitted data, respond to support and sales inquiries, and maintain the security and integrity of accounts and API access.
We never sell personal information to third parties. Aggregated, non-personal project data may be shared publicly on the dashboard or through licensed API access, consistent with our Terms of Service.
Users covered under GDPR or CCPA can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting our privacy team. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. All data in transit is encrypted, and access is governed by role-based controls as described on our Security & Compliance page.
