By accessing the Global Data Center Tracker dashboard, API, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Public dashboard data is free to view and cite with attribution to Global Data Center Tracker. You may not scrape, mirror, or systematically republish dashboard content without a licensing agreement.
Bulk export, API access, and redistribution of our data require an active subscription under our licensing terms. Access credentials are tied to your account and may not be shared or resold.
By submitting reports, photos, documents, or corrections, you grant us a non-exclusive license to verify, use, and display that content as part of the platform. You confirm you have the right to submit the material provided.
Data is scored for reliability but is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Global Data Center Tracker is not liable for decisions made based on platform data.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, including misuse of licensed data or attempts to circumvent access controls.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
