Project announced
2GW campus on 568 acres of the Mitchell family's Longfellow Ranch, gas-rich Permian Basin site. CoreWeave was anchor tenant (15-yr lease, 250MW first phase expandable to 500MW, planned 40,000+ GB300 NVL72 GPUs) but the deal was mutually terminated in early 2026; Poolside approached other clouds incl. Google ('Google is no longer in talks with Poolside'). Power figure is planned gross site power, none operating. CORRECTION 2026-08-01: the CoreWeave anchor lease was terminated in late March 2026 after Poolside's ~$2B raise failed to close; the site sits idle. A scaled-down ~400 MW revival with Google was mooted and those talks have gone quiet. The 2 GW figure remains the announced campus plan only; PAUSED removes it from the credible pipeline.
